Our History

For decades we make our recipes traditionally by using the best selection of natural ingredients and taking care of the appearance and texture of our baked products, thus resulting irresistible to the sight, touch and taste. What's more, just listening to the word Polo, all of us know that they are high quality products and totally reliable.

Both our know-how and our respect for traditional recipes have made that everyday more and more people in the world savour our specialties... and have another helping.

Panettone: Making

The quality of our Panettones is based on a slow process and on the choice of quality ingredients. Every stage during the production is carried out carefully, obtaining delicious tasting products.

As old tradition asks, it is a slow process that takes time and requires quality ingredients.

Acid pasta process:

3 sessions of mixing and fermentation. The secret is in the master artisan's patience and knowledge.

We follow the old traditional recipe, created 120 years ago, to make a delicious cake. This star-shaped product contains icing sugar that should be added just when it is going to be eaten.

Focaccia

Not always people feel like having something sweet, that's why we have created a tasty traditional focaccia made with natural ingredients like flour, olive oil, salt and water, which are fermenting for hours to obtain a delicious dough that is slowly baked. 

It's similar to artisan bread, although its texture is softer and fluffy. Therefore, it's the perfect snack to be be eaten at any time on its own or accompanied by other food.
